“Project Overview, major project components – The main part of this project is an approximately 12-mile long 20-inch pipeline, of which about 4 miles are PVC and the rest steel. Also included in the project are laterals and service connections to switch existing users to the new line. The new pipeline replaces an existing deteriorating 16-inch steel line that was installed in 1936.”
