“Working at DOWL HKM has given me an opportunity to utilize the things that I learn everyday in school and by doing so it has helped to reinforce those lessons. DOWL HKM is a great place because I am able to express my own creativity and abilities within both the DOWL HKM and global community. I look forward to work everyday and not many people can say that about their jobs.” ~Pete Lavallee

“After graduating college, I interviewed with a number of well-respected firms in the region. During my interview, I could feel the positive attitude that surrounds the company. After accepting a position with DOWL HKM, it was clear that everyone is truly concerned about each other and the well-being of the company. Working at DOWL HKM has allowed me the opportunity to work on a very diverse range of projects in my first year. They encourage you to pursue your interests, and challenge you to excel in all that you do. It is also nice to work for the #1 rated H&H firm in the state. DOWL HKM is a great place to work!” ~Nick Smith
