Hydrology & Hydraulics
DOWL HKM has completed analysis, design and construction of hydraulic structures including spillways, outlet works, irrigation structures, and storm drainage systems. Our engineers are experienced in flood hydrology, surface water hydrology and hydraulics. Our staff is in constant contact with organizations such as the National Weather Service, Department of Natural Resources and Conservation Service, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Corps of Engineers, U.S. Forest Service and U.S. Geological Survey to keep abreast with the latest techniques, guidelines and regulations.
