What We Do

DOWL HKM Engineering has been providing civil, structural, and environmental engineering services in Montana since 1955. Over the past 50 years, DOWL HKM has grown into a full-service engineering firm with offices in Anchorage, Juneau and Palmer, Alaska; Tuscon, Arizona; Billings, Bozeman, Butte, Great Falls, Helena, and Miles City, Montana; Redmond, Washington; as well as Sheridan and Lander, Wyoming. We also have certified materials testing labs in Anchorage, Billings, Bozeman, Sheridan, and Lander.

Broad services and capabilities, coupled with our strategic office locations promote in-house expertise on projects from early planning and environmental compliance, through final design and construction administration.

Through excellent client service we have demonstrated planning and engineering expertise on projects throughout the West, and continue to look for opportunities to raise the bar of excellence.
