Municipal Utilities
Water and wastewater utilities are the backbone of our communities and their economic development. DOWL HKM staff design the complete infrastructure, delivering water or discharging wastewater of appropriate quality and quantity. Design is preceded as needed by master planning, funding assistance, and permitting. Design follow-up includes construction services, compliance testing, plant operator training, and agency reporting. We have completed projects ranging in size from providing expert input for a county Growth Management Plan as a subcontractor, to design and construction of an entire rural community water system.
