Transportation Design
As a full-service firm, DOWL HKM is able to provide comprehensive road design services with in-house resources. Our transportation services range from system planning and site development to full design for new and reconstructed facilities. Specific services include planning and concept studies, detailed traffic analyses, geometric design, structural design, and plan production. Conducting all of these services in-house allows us to more effectively control schedules, budgets, and technical work products.
